Reservation and Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a 50% deposit. All reservations that are cancelled with 90 or more days’ notice, will be refunded by check for the deposit amount minus fees. All refunds will incur a $30.00 processing fee and if credit card is credited, there will be an additional 3% fee for credit card processing costs. Less than 90 days’ notice, deposit will be forfeited or moved to another date within 365 days (based on availability). Cancellations within 30 days, full payment will be due. Shortened stays will require full payment of original reservation unless given 90 days’ notice. We will do our best in trying to fill the cancellation dates and if so, only processing fees will be incurred.
Acceptance of your deposit by The Missouri Riverside (MoRiver, LLC), acknowledges that the guest has read and accepts the Reservation and Cancellation Policy.
